Call Forwarding 2 is when an incoming call is routed from your mobile phone number to another number. What determines if a forwarded call is a US/International long distance is:

If your plan doesn’t include Canada-wide, you may be charged for long distance calls. Mobile long distance is different from landline long distance because of the mobility of mobile. With a landline phone, only outgoing long distance calls are charged. However, with a mobile device, you are able to move around, so long distance charges may apply for receiving a call as well.
